About Us
Taib Foundation works to strengthen Israel’s social and national resilience by developing and leading nationwide programs and initiatives in welfare, education, and leadership. We work together with government ministries, regional clusters, local authorities, and civil society organizations to build a stronger, more resilient society that is better prepared for the challenges ahead. In 2022, we initiated a National Welfare Program that was adopted by the Government of Israel. In 2024, following the Iron Swords War, we presented the Minister of Welfare with a comprehensive welfare plan developed in response to the needs and challenges created by the war. We also created the Taib Compass for Education – a roadmap for developing education strategies that is now being implemented across Israel. We support local authorities and regional clusters in strategic planning, and develop leadership programs for diverse groups and communities, including Druze society, the business community, young people, and local communities.

Founder & Family
Haim Taib is the founder of the Taib Group and the Taib Foundation, and the driving force behind their vision. Over decades of work across Africa, he has contributed to the development and strengthening of numerous countries while supporting local leadership.
This experience has shaped an ecosystem of companies united by shared values, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a deep belief that business success should create sustainable value for countries, communities, and people.
